Welcome Dorothy to the Board. Official vote.

 

Reaffirm the vision as a research clinic 1998

            Goals for this year:

Continue slow and steady growth.

Continue to build clinical team.

Gradually expand services to SB, and central Coast and San Ynez Valley. (Service range is Ojai to San Ynez Valley.)

            Expand research capability to digital system with engineer/computer                                 tech support person (For early 1999)

            Develop membership department with newsletter and                                                           communications outreach

            Publishing papers and books - Caregivers project

            Raise funds to support clinic growth and research needs including:

                        Operating expenses

                        Full time administrator

                        Digital video recording and editing equipment (By next year)

                                    Digital video/computer research engineer

                        Fund community and membership communication needs,                                         newsletter
